What is Root to Heart Breathwork?

Root to Heart Breath is the Tantric practice of taking Earth energy, moving it up from your Root Chakra to your Heart Chakra and back down. Bringing awareness to your lower 4 Chakra spaces (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Heart) along the way.

Our lower 4 Chakras are where we carry our shadows, trauma and shame. Deep connection to our body in these spaces can help promote relaxation, peacefulness, balance, centeredness, and an overall shift in consciousness and awareness.
